**Most orders to the UK are received within 3-4 working days, however, we ask that you allow up to 7 working days before contacting us for issue of a replacement.
All UK orders placed before 11am are normally dispatched 1-2 working days, however we ask that you allow 7 working days for the product to be delivered to your door, in case of any delays that may occur within Royal Mail.
In the unlikely and unfortunate event that your order is still not received within this time frame, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
